Participation by Sikkens at Interbuild 2006 underlined the strength of the UK’s leading woodcare brand.

Stand H05 within the Timber Zone emphasised Sikkens’ role in wood protection, showcasing its factory-applied and compatible brush-applied coating systems. The exhibition provided the opportunity for Sikkens to demonstrate its commitment to industry partnerships and the scope and quality of its activities.

Many joinery manufacturers – all of whom offer specifiers the Sikkens Sentinel Plus® Wood Protection Programme - displayed examples from their window and door ranges in factory finished translucent and opaque coatings. Stand representatives were present to explain the benefits of Sentinel Plus®, including its unique long-term guarantee element.

Other Sikkens partners on the stand included Timbmet Silverman, BSW Timber, Vincent Timber, George Sykes and Wright Joinery, whose timber product displays will underline their acknowledged excellence in the fields of product solutions, materials research, sustainability and environmental care.
